Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 canblack beans (drained)
  • 1 cupcorn kernels
  • 1 candiced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1packet taco seasoning
  • 1 ½ cupscheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cupgreen onions (chopped)

Directions

    Step 1: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook until well combined.
