
In this cherry tomato salad, juicy, sun-ripened tomatoes are dressed lightly with a little oil, vinegar and herbs and given their moment to shine.
Place the sliced tomatoes in a shallow serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, salt and sugar until blended, then stir in the herbs.
Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate the salad, covered, overnight.
