Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayo ((such as Kewpie Mayo!))
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 tsp White Sugar
  • 1.5-2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil (divided)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • Salt and Pepper
