
Honey Garlic Chicken Ramen is the best easy weeknight dinner full of flavor! Flavorful chicken, red bell peppers and scallions get tossed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce made with soy, honey, garlic, ketchup and chicken stock. Ramen noodles cook right up in the sauce absorbing all that delicious flavor. This is always a crowd pleaser.
To your chicken add the hoisin sauce and brown sugar, stir to coat.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add your oil.
Add the chicken and cook 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
Remove from pan and set aside.
To the pan add your red bell pepper and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken stock, ketchup, soy sauce and honey.
Whisk all together.
Add the noodles to the pan.
Bring to a bubble, cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Remove the lid and add the chicken.
Stir everything together over medium heat until the sauce thicken and noodles are cooked through.
Add your scallions, garnish with sesame seeds if you like.
Serve!
