
This simple sauce comes together quickly to provide a welcome creaminess and tang to <a href="https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019435-chapli-burgers">Chapli burgers</a>, kebabs, stewed chickpeas and fried potatoes alike.
In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, cilantro, mint, jalapeño and a pinch of salt. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.
