Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken tenders, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the rice to the skillet, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring. Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is fluffy and has absorbed the liquid.
