This easy recipe teaches you how to bake Air Fryer Bread with 3 ingredients only. Made with no yeast, this quick no knead bread is as soft and fluffy as the original. You will love how healthy and high protein it is!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup (200 g) all purpose flour (or whole-wheat flour)
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅔ cup (200 g) Greek yogurt (minimum 5% fat recommended)
  • sea salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until the dough starts to come together. The dough should be soft but manageable. If it feels sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour; if it’s too dry, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt and mix again.

  3. 3

Transfer the dough to a clean, floured surface and knead quickly until it’s smooth.

  4. 4

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a smooth ball to shape your buns.

  5. 5

Place the buns into the air fryer basket, leaving enough space between them to allow for proper air circulation. If necessary, work in batches of 2 each.

  6. 6

Air fry bread at 300°F (150°C) for 15–20 minutes. You’ll know it's ready when their top is golden brown, and a hollow sound is produced when tapped. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
