Muffin Tin Fruit Loop French Toast

Baked French toast cups topped with Fruit Loops cereal.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Fruit Loops

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Dice bread into 1/2 inch squares.

    In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs, milk and cinnamon.

    Add bread to the bowl and stir until completely coated with the egg mixture.

    Spoon bread into greased muffin tins.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle Fruit Loops on top and then press them down so that they will stick to the French toast.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven and serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup if desired.
