This is an easy dinner recipe that comes together pretty quickly!
Cut one pound of chicken into small bite sized pieces. Season chicken with a little bit of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add flour, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings (1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, and onion powder) to a container or breader bowl.
Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Coat chicken in the flour mixture. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Turn the heat all the way down to low. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and the jar of pasta sauce to the skillet and stir well. Add cooked pasta and stir. Drop small spoonfuls of ricotta cheese all over the skillet of pasta. Top with cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Put in the oven at 400 degrees for just a few minutes to melt the cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Enjoy!
