Ingredients

  • ½ cupitalian breadcrumbs or blanched almond flour
  • ¾ cupyellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 largeegg
  • 2 teaspoongarlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoonblack pepper
  • chopped cucumbers
  • kalamata olives
  • tzatziki sauce
  • fresh dill
  • lemon wedges or slices
  • cooked rice or pearl couscous

Directions
