
Fill a stock pot with water, add salt and olive oil and bring to a boil.
Preheat the oven to 425 F degrees.
Once the water boils, add in the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Then, drain the water.
Add some salt and olive oil and mix up the noodles and set aside.
Brown the meat in pan.
Drain off the grease and add the pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add in the spaghetti sauce and bring the meat sauce to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the meat sauce simmers, begin cooking the alfredo sauce.
Get a new skillet and add in the stick of butter and melt over medium heat.
Add in the minced garlic and stir around for about 1 minute.
Whisk in the parmesan cheese and heavy cream.
Add in the salt and pepper and whisk until a thick sauce forms. The sauce should coat the back of a spoon.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick oil spray.
Add the noodles to the baking pan.
Top the noodles with the alfredo sauce.
Then add the meat sauce.
Top the whole dish with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 mins, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve and enjoy.
