"This is great as a dip for crudites or smeared on a bun for your burger."

Ingredients

  • 111-ounce log fresh goat cheese, softened
  • 4 ouncessmoked cheddar cheese, shredded (1 packed cup)
  • ½ cupmayonnaise
  • ¼ cupdrained jarred pimientos, coarsely chopped
  • 2scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoonsweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoontabasco sauce
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • halved radishes and celery sticks, for serving

Directions

    In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, blend the goat cheese with the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pimientos, scallions, pickle relish, onion powder and Tabasco; season with salt and pepper.

    Transfer the spread to a bowl and serve with radishes and celery.
