Cranberry Honey Butter is the perfect addition to your holiday table, or any day of the week. Great on crostini, waffles, and pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cupunsalted butter (softened to room temperature)
  • ⅓ cupdried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cuphoney (or maple syrup, you can also use agave)
  • 2 teaspoonsorange zest (finely grated)
  • ⅓ teaspoonvanilla extract (optional)
  • salt

Directions

    Add all the ingredients to a small-medium bowl, and using an electric mixer beat until blended.

    Transfer to a jar with a lid, or scoop onto a piece of plastic wrap and mold it into a log.

    Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
