Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
