Ingredients

  • 7.5 oz Cream Cheese (Onion and Chive )
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 16 oz mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 3/4 cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup sweet peas

Directions

    Melt butter and cream cheese together. Whisk until smooth.

    Add chicken to slow cooker. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of breasts.

    Add mushrooms to slow cooker.

    Once finished cooking add cooked bacon and peas to slow cooker. Stir together. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

    Serve over gluten free pasta, potatoes or rice.
