White Chicken Chili Recipe

Warm up with this delicious and creamy White Chicken Chili recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 Cans White Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Can Diced Green Chilis
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

    In a medium stock pot, melt butter. Add onions and garlic. Cook on medium heat until onions are translucent and tender.

    Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Stir to combine.

    Bring to a boil. Move heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes until everything is heated through.

    Stir in sour cream. Cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.

    Serve with your favorite shredded white cheese, cilantro, red onion and tortilla chips.
