CrockPot Chicken and Stuffing is an easy slow cooker chicken recipe made with simple ingredients. An easy recipe and delicious dinner the whole family loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking spray)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 10 ounce can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken soup)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix (6 oz)
  • 2 stalks celery (diced, optional)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (optional)
  • 4 tbsp butter

Directions

    Add olive oil and chicken breasts to slow cooker, add chicken broth, and season with pepper, garlic powder and dried minced onions

    Spread cream of celery soup and sour cream over chicken breasts

    Sprinkle dried stuffing mix over chicken. Add chopped celery and dried cranberries if desired. Place butter over stuffing

    Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 7 hours on low. Chicken should be 165 degrees when cooked
