Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add bacon, and cook, stirring often, until crisp, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, reserving drippings in skillet; set aside.
Add hot dogs to hot drippings; cook over medium-high, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in baked beans, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and reserved cooked bacon until incorporated; bring to a boil over medium-high. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, if desired. Serve hot with hot sauce, if desired.
