Creamy and chocolatey overnight oats are made with rolled oats, yogurt, cocoa powder, sugar-free chocolate chips, and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupold-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  • 3 tablespoonsraw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cupnon-dairy milk
  • ⅝ cupyogurt (coconut or greek)
  • 2 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cuppure maple syrup
  • ¼ cupdark mini chocolate chips or chopped dark sugar-free chocolate

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine, then divide into jars or cups.
