The Best Chicken Noodle Soup recipe doesn't have to be an all day affair. In fact, it can happen in about 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 2 Stalks of Celery, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 12.5 oz Can of Chunk Chicken in Water
  • 2 Tbsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 6 cups of water*
  • 2 heaping handfuls of Egg Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Place a soup pot over medium/high heat. add the oil, and allow it to get hot.

    Once hot add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the vegetables to get tender.

    Add the canned chicken to the pot juice and all as well as the Knorr Chicken Bouillon Powder. Stir everything together, being sure to break the chicken up.

    Add the water to the pot and bring up to a boil. Once to a boil lower the heat to a simmer and let cook for 20 minutes.

    After 20 minutes add the noodles to the pot and cook another 10 minutes.

    Once the noodles are finished add the fresh parsley and check for seasoning.
