
Everyone's a fan of a delicious and tasty rice dish, This dish right here is that times 1,000. I'm not kidding when I tell you peeps, This dish is one of the best if not the best rice dish I've made ever. I couldn't get over how perfect the flavors blended together and how the seasoning's worked so well together. I am most definitely putting this combination of dishes in my next recipe book without a doubt. In a pan add oil, butter, garlic, shallot, and sauté until translucent.
Add in your rice and sauté for a few minutes until the rice is slightly toasty (keep the rice moving so it doesn't burn!).
Add in chicken seasoning, garlic powder, lemon butter garlic seasoning, cracked black pepper, salt, lemon juice, chicken marinade, and sauté that together.
Then pour in the water, bring the pan to a boil, lower to a simmer, and pop the lid on.
Let that simmer for about 20-25 minutes.
Take the pan off the heat, keep the lid on, and let that sit for 5 minutes.
Then uncover the lid and let that sit for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve! Enjoy!
