In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2 –3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Add diced tomatoes and bouillon powder, stirring to combine.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 –20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and flavors are well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
