Ingredients

  • 4 mediumshredded carrots
  • half medium shredded cabbage
  • 2 poundsground chicken
  • 2 cupsrice noodles soaked in hot water
  • ½chopped onion
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • ½ tspfresh ginger
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • black paper
  • salt
  • parsley
  • 1egg
  • oil for frying
  • 1 packspring rolls sheets
  • 4 tbspflour
  • 2 tbspwater

Directions

    Combine together all the ingredients and incorporate them Well. Adjust the seasoning if need it. Set apart.

    In a small bawl, mix the water and flower to form a paste. This paste is for sealing the rolls, so they don’t open when you fry them.

    In one sheet put 1 scoop of the filling and fold inside the sides of the sheet, then roll it like a cigar shape. Seal with the flour and water mixture. And go on until you finish the filling.

    In a medium to high heat Fry the rolls 1 minute each side. Serve warm with Your favorite sour sweet sauce.
