Lime Jello Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 oz box lime flavored gelatin
  • 2 6 oz containers lime (or key lime flavored yogurt)
  • 2 Tbs fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • Additional whipped topping and limes for garnish (if desired)

Directions

    Boil the water then pour the gelatin into it. Stir until dissolved.

    Pour the gelatin into a large bowl and stir in the yogurt.

    Stir in the lime juice and zest and finally the whipped topping.

    Pour into a graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.

    Refrigerate until set.

    Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices or curls, if desired.
