My family loves this simple strawberry banana smoothie for a healthy breakfast or snack. It has a delicious thick and creamy texture. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk, or use fresh strawberries instead of frozen ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsfrozen strawberries (plus optional fresh strawberries for garnish)
  • 1 cupmilk (plus more as needed)
  • ½ cupwhole milk greek yogurt
  • ½frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoonfresh lemon juice

Directions

    In a blender, place the strawberries, milk, yogurt, banana, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk as needed to blend.
