This Burrito Bowl recipe is a fast, flavorful, and customizable meal perfect for lunch or dinner. Made with ground beef, taco seasoning, fresh lettuce, canned corn and black beans, precooked rice, salsa, sour cream, Thousand Island dressing, and shredded Mexican cheese, it’s a complete one-bowl meal packed with protein, veggies, and bold Mexican flavors. Ready in under 30 minutes, this easy burrito bowl is perfect for meal prep, weeknight dinners, or a family-friendly Mexican-inspired dish. Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 .20 ozpacket taco seasoning
  • 9 ⅜ ozpacket fresh express bacon thousand island salad kit
  • 15 ozcanned corn (drained)
  • 15 ozblack beans (drained)
  • 8 .80 ozprecooked rice
  • 1 cupsalsa
  • ½ cupsour cream
  • 8 ozthousand island dressing
  • ½ cupmexican blend cheese

Directions

    Wash the lettuce from the salad kit. Drain and rinse the canned corn and black beans.

    In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add taco seasoning and stir until fully incorporated, then remove from heat.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, lettuce, and salad kit contents.

    Stir in the drained corn and black beans, then add the precooked rice.

    Pour in salsa, sour cream, and extra Thousand Island dressing.

    Sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese on top.
