This Asian-style tuna salad features vegetables and dried cranberries in a mayonnaise-based dressing with Asian-style chile paste, soy sauce, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 5cans chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • ½ cupsweetened dried cranberries (such as craisins®)
  • ½ cupfinely chopped carrot
  • ¼ cupchopped green onions
  • ¼ cupfinely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoonsground ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoonsground red chile pepper
  • ¾ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ½ cuplight mayonnaise
  • ¼ cupasian chile paste (such as sambal oelek)
  • 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
