Ingredients

  • 1 poundchicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • ½ cupsweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespooncornstarch
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonginger (minced)
  • 1bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cupbroccoli florets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • green onions (sliced, for garnish)

Directions

    In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat, and let marinate for 15 minutes.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
