Ingredients

  • 1 lbschicken breast or boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
  • 1red bell pepper, diced
  • 1orange bell pepper, diced
  • ½red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cuppineapple chunks
  • ½ cupprimal kitchen foods hawaiian bbq sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1tbs avocado oil
  • ¼ tspsalt
  • 1juice of lime
  • cilantro and white sesame seeds for garnish
  • cauliflower rice or white rice

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.
