As I’ve shared with many of you, No Peek Chicken is on repeat quite a bit at our house. Enter into the equation….No Peek Beef Tips!!!! YUM! This is amazing! The slow cook with this sauce makes this beef so tender and delectable!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2-3 lb cubed chuck roast or stew meat (1 1/2-2 inch cubes)
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (regular or low-sodium )
  • 0.87 oz packet brown gravy mix (regular or lower sodium)
  • 1 oz packet dry onion soup mix
  • 10.5 oz low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (if searing first)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    To a 13’’x9’’ baking dish, whisk together the soup, beef broth, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix. Once combined, add the beef to the baking dish and cover with the sauce.

    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.

    Serve over your favorite rice, pasta, or potatoes.
