Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 170 g butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chip

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth.

    Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter to the bananas. Whisk until well combined.
