Ingredients

  • 4 mediumpotatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
  • 2 cupsbroccoli florets (bite-sized)
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • ½ cupparmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • ¼ teaspoonblack pepper
  • ¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube potatoes, wash and cut broccoli into florets.
