These amazing easy-to-make garlic parmesan potatoes are roasted to golden brown and are the perfect side dish recipe for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 poundsrinsed and quartered red potatoes
  • ¼ cupolive oil
  • 8finely minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoonsunsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoonschopped fresh parsley

    Slice the red potatoes into quarters.
