
An easy and delicious make-ahead breakfast casserole recipe with sausage and croissants.
In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread the cubed croissants on the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the croissants/sausage/cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown and no longer wet in the middle.
