Heat a pan over high heat.
Season pork chops with pepper and garlic powder. Sear both sides of the pork chops for 2 minutes per side. Place into the bottom of the slow cooker
In A small mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Whisk, then pour over the pork chops. Add crushed garlic and grated ginger. Cover, then cook on low for 5 hours.
Remove pork chops from the slow cooker. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
