Ingredients
- 1 lbbulk pork sausage
- 1 largeyellow onion
chopped
- 2 tbspminced garlic
- 4 largerusset potatoes
chopped
- ½ tspsalt
- ¼ tspground black pepper
- 1 pinchred pepper flakes
- 1container chicken broth
- 2 cwater

- 1 cheavy whipping cream
- 1 bunchkale
stems removed and discarded, leaves torn into bite-size pieces
- ¼ cshredded parmesan cheese

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is tender and translucent, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
