Smash Burger Tacos
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
plus leaves for garnish
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest plus 1/4 tsp. fresh juice
from 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
grated, about 1/2 tsp.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1-oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
such as McCormick
- 4 6-in. flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh avocado
from 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
drained if needed
