Spicy Chili Honey Salmon is an easy 30 minute baked salmon glazed with a sticky sweet and spicy honey garlic sriracha sauce.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Steam white rice in a rice cooker or on the stove top to serve alongside the salmon.
While the rice cooks, drizzle sheet pan in olive oil and arrange salmon filets skin side down on one half of the baking sheet.
On the other half arrange asparagus and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a glass measuring cup or small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and honey until well combined.
Pour half of the sauce over the salmon reserving half for later.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
While the salmon and asparagus bakes, transfer remaining sauce to a small sauce pan. Heat over medium high, whisking until sauce thickens and reduces by half, about 3 minutes.
Remove salmon and asparagus from the oven. Immediately drizzle with the reduced sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Garnish with scallions and serve with white rice.
