While mozzarella is fantastic here, feel free to experiment with other melting cheeses like provolone or fontina for a different flavor profile. If using fresh spinach isn't convenient, this recipe thoughtfully includes an option for frozen spinach; just remember to thaw and squeeze out excess water to prevent a watery sauce.
This Stuffed Chicken Breasts recipe makes a beautiful centerpiece for a family dinner or a cozy meal with friends. Serve it alongside a simple green salad or a side of roasted potatoes or pasta to soak up every last drop of that incredible creamy sauce.
