
Sweet and spicy pork rub is packed full of flavor. Use as a dry rub for smoked pork roast or barbecue ribs. It is the best sweet and spicy rub for pulled pork. Can be used as a chicken rub also.
Measure the ingredients into a bowl or plastic bag.
Mix all ingredients together well. If using a bag squeeze and shake to combine.
Use 1 cup to 1 1/2 cups of rub depending on the size of pork roast. Rub over pork roast, cover tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight before cooking.
Store in an airtight container.
