Ingredients

  • 1 poundgreen beans
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoonminced fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoongarlic chili paste (or sambal oelek, more to taste)
  • ½ teaspoontoasted sesame oil

Directions

    Rinse and trim green beans. Pat dry.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.

    Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp and sauce is slightly thickened
