Ingredients
- 4 piece of Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thigh
- 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 3 tbsp of minced Garlic

- 1 tsp of White Pepper
- 1 whole Egg
- 3 tbsp of Corn Starch
- 1.5 cup of Sweet Potato Flour/ Tapioca Starch
