Teriyaki Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic
minced
- 16 oz mushrooms
wiped clean and sliced
- 4 tablespoons – 5 Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
finely chopped

Add oil and garlic to a large skillet. Cook garlic for 2 -3 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly browned. Please be careful because garlic burn very quickly.

Add the mushrooms and mix well until everything is well incorporated. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until most of liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are tender. Taste and add salt and/or pepper if necessary.

Add the parsley, mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.

Thyme goat cheese: mix 4 oz goat cheese, 2 oz cream cheese, and 1/4 cup freshly chopped thyme. Add a tablespoon of olive oil over the cheese mixture when serving, if desired.
