Ingredients

  • rotisserie chicken
    1 small
  • frozen broccoli florets

    defrosted & cut into smaller pieces

    2 c
  • garlic powder
    2 tsp
  • onion powder
    2 tsp
  • complete seasoning
    2 tsp
  • cracked black pepper
    1 tsp
  • can cream of chicken with herbs soup
    10.5 oz
  • can golden mushroom soup
    10.5 oz
  • box stove top stuffing
    6 oz
  • cups low sodium chicken stock
    1
  • salted butter

    divided

    1 stick
  • sour cream
    ½ c
  • grated parmesan
    6 tbsp

Directions

    In a microwave safe bowl or large measuring cup, add in chicken broth and 4 tbsp butter. Heat that in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes. Once that's done, pour in the stuffing and mix everything together until combined. Set that aside.

    In a large bowl add the shredded rotisserie chicken, can of cream of chicken with herbs soup, can of golden mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, complete seasoning, and the broccoli florets. Mix that up until fully combined.

    Transfer the creamy chicken mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and spread it out evenly. Shake the cracked black pepper and the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Then add the stuffing mixture evenly over the top to fully cover the chicken mixture. Break up 4 tbsp of butter into little pieces and place the butter all over the top of the stuffing.

    Place the baking dish in the oven at 350°F and bake it uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
