Ingredients

  • 6frozen soup dumplings
  • ½ cupchicken stock (or water)
  • 1heaping tsp tom yum soup base (i used quốc việt thai brand) ( adjust to taste, or based on package instructions)
  • 2 tbspcoconut milk (optional)
  • 1 tspneutral oil
  • optional add-ins: mushrooms (bok choy, tofu)
  • toppings: chopped cilantro (chili oil, crispy garlic/shallots, lime wedge)

Directions

    Heat stone pot with oil over medium heat.

    Mix stock with tom yum base and optional coconut milk.

    Pour broth into pot. Add dumplings and optional veggies.
