Craving a warm, fresh bagel but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? These two-ingredient bagels are the perfect solution.

Ingredients

  • ½ cupself-rising flour
  • ⅓ cupgreek yogurt
  • egg white (optional, for brushing)
  • everything bagel seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)
  • ½ cupcottage cheese
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • ¼ tsponion powder
  • ½ tspgarlic paste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat: Firstly, set your air fryer to 350°F (or preheat your oven to 375°F).

    Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup self-rising flour with 1/3 cup Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Gently knead the dough until everything is well combined.

    Shape the Bagels: Then, shape the dough into a circle, creating a hole in the center.

    Brush (Optional): If you'd like a classic golden finish on your bagels, you can brush the tops with whisked egg whites. Next, you can top the bagel off with everything but the bagel seasoning.

    Bake: Now, place the bagels in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    Make the Spread: While the bagels are baking, mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tsp olive oil, onion powder, garlic paste, and salt/pepper in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Serve: Finally, once the bagels are done, spread the creamy cottage cheese mixture on top and enjoy!
