Vegan Walnut Cacao Milkshake

A healthy chocolate milkshake made with raw cacao.

Ingredients

  • 3 soft (pitted medjool dates (it's important they are soft))
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup riced (frozen cauliflower)
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

    Place dates and walnuts in a high speed blender. Pour water over them. Let sit for 5 minutes if your dates are a bit dry/hard.

    Blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds, until smooth.

    Add cacao powder, espresso powder, salt, cauliflower, ice cubes. Blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
