  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion

  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 packages chili seasoning

  • 1 can kidney beans

    undrained, 14 ounce

  • 1 can pinto beans

    undrained, 14 ounce

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions

    Place the ground beef in the pot. Press the beef down to form one large patty. Let the bottom brown for 8 to 10 minutes, then use a spatula to break it into bite-size crumbles. Cook until no longer pink (about 5 more minutes).
