
Copycat recipe of shiitake garlic noodles, a very popular dish at Yardhouse restaurant.
Cook the linguini according to package directions and lightly coat with butter to prevent sticking while you are preparing the rest of the dish.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, then add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the mushrooms have softened and browned on the edges.
Add the garlic and stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the honey, stir fry sauce and noodles. Toss to coat adding 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water to thin the sauce as needed.
Top the finished noodles with parmesan cheese and chives.
