Ingredients

  • fresh milled flour)

    360g (I milled about 1 cup of soft white wheat berries, and 1 cup of hard white wheat berries

  • baking soda
    ½ tsp
  • 1&1/2 tsp of salt
  • sugar
    ⅓ c
  • 1 bottle)

    12 oz of beer (room temperature

    1 bottle
  • melted butter
    ⅓ c
  • Optional - Pour 2 TBSP more melted butter on top of loaf before baking

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 375°F.

    Prepare a 4x8 loaf pan with parchment paper or oil the pan.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the fresh milled flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until well combined.

    Add the beer and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

    Pour the mixture into a greased bread pan.

    *Optional - Pour 2 TBSP melted butter over the top of the mixture.
